Artist’s Commentary I found this letter in the basement of an antique store in Columbus Ohio. It’s age, plus the fact that the writer was only nine years old made it extremely difficult to read. I bought it not really knowing what it said. Once I completed the transcription, I was absolutely floored, and the hunt for the rest of the backstory was on.
